Gary Jefferies Supreme Cuisine Ltd. was founded in 2003 by Gary Jefferies, a graduate of The Royal Naval School of Cookery, who now has over 25 years experience in the catering industry. Having served for nine years in the Royal Navy, travelling around most of the world, experiencing different cultures, methods of cookery and using an exotic variety of ingredients, he decided it was time to settle on dry land.
He spent the next nineteen years at The King's School, Canterbury, Kent, as, firstly, Head Chef, and then Executive Head Chef.
During this time, Gary not only orchestrated the day to day catering for one of the most prestigious schools in England, he also, along with a first class kitchen brigade, produced quality cuisine for events and functions ranging from small private dinner parties and weddings to corporate entertaining including banquets for Heads of State, Royalty and celebrities from the worlds of screen, media and sport.
